07.09.2004 - ain't a blog
I'd imagine that most people would catagorize slayeroffice as a blog. I disagree. While it does meet the requirements of a weblog with the regular updates, a comment system and etc, lots of sites have done this in the past and have not been called blogs.
Slayeroffice is, and always has been, a simple front end to my code experiments. I dont make personal observations, I rarely make post's about things not related to those experiments and I don't detail amusing events in my life. That simply isn't what slayeroffice.com is for.
However, that is exactly what blog.slayeroffice.com is for.
The new blog domain will be a place for me to practice my writing skills and lay down some humorous true life tales, or not so true life as the case may be. Depends on my mood, really. And, most importantly - it's one more thing to occupy me while I'm only 4 days, 21 hours and 58 minutes without a damned cigarette. Not that I'm counting.
So that's what I've been up to in my free time -- designing a new site, writing the backend, coming up with some content and setting it all up.
And you thought I was drunkenly making my way to the heavyweight championship bout in Fight Night 2004.

Thank you ever so much for stopping by and sharing that with me. Hell, I didnt even know i was making an argument *or* that I was anti-blog.
And one hell of an anti-blogger I must be since I run two of them. Well, one by my definition -- two by yours. Either way you sure shut me up.
